The Alay region is one of the best places for trekking in Kyrgyzstan, with endless variations of treks you can take ranging from the day hike to multi-day treks. The Alay Valley is a remote and stunning corner of Kyrgyzstan, famous for its amazing landscapes with the main object of tourist interest is Lenin Peak, the second largest peak in Kyrgyzstan.

For decades independent trekkers from around the world would travel to destinations like the Himalaya, the Alps and Patagonia to experience the beauty that is being deep in the mountains. In recent years these hiking hotspots have been overwhelmed with thousands of tourists, and it can be hard to get a sense of peace and spaciousness, spotting other hikers at every overlook. The new destination for a more off-the-beaten-path adventure into the wilderness of the mountain landscapes is Kyrgyzstan.

Folkestad, Møre og Romsdal, Norway

While Trolltunga is no doubt one of the most awe-inspiring cliffs in Norway, it is also very popular with tourist with a long wait to pose, and reached by a relatively long and hard hike. But fortunately, there are other less-known memorable nature attractions with a stunning view and excellent opportunities for posing on the rock. You can find one of them in Folkestad.

Cusco is on all travellers bucket list, as it is a start point to visit the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu and the surrounding Sacred Valley of the Incas. Opposed to the traditional tours, Cusco also offers an alternative, non-traditional tours. One of my favourite, less visited tour with breath-taking views is the Condor sighting in the Apurimac canyon where you can observe the Andean Condors soaring in their natural habitat.
